1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using AI Code Camp, operated by Stefan Schestakov, Hannover, Germany, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Purchases and Digital Content
When you purchase a course, you are granted a non-exclusive license for personal educational use.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers): By purchasing access to digital content, you expressly agree that we will begin providing the service immediately. You acknowledge that you will lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download or streaming of the digital content has begun.
3. Accounts & Intellectual Property
You are responsible for safeguarding your password. The Service and its original content (text, code structures, images) remain the exclusive property of AI Code Camp and may not be reproduced or used to build competing products.
4. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
